We employ a computerised case tracking system to monitor the progress of all cases in our
care. You are welcomed to contact our support staff on any issues regarding current cases or
to simply find out when they will be ready. We will also keep you informed should any issues
arise during our manufacturing process.
For our customers in Hong Kong, we have qualified dental technicians on duty to perform urgent repairs, shade-taking and chair-side staining. We also pick-up and deliver to most parts of Hong Kong.
